I meant the ctypes tutorial in latex format, not the tool itself. Anyway, the tool is mkydoc.py, in combination with missing.py: http://svn.python.org/view/external/ctypes-0.9.9.6/docs/manual/ I'm not sure it is ready for public consumption ;-).
