I just implemented auto-assignment for the tracker, i.e. a component can be linked to a developer so that issues mentioning the component get assigned to that developer (unless an explicit assignment is made).
I have assigned 2to3 to Collin Winter (this was already implemented as a special case), and Documentation and Sphinx to Georg Brandl.
