I'm missing a few points in your use case list:
* Does the DVCS handle merges over file reneames, directory renames
and file moves to another directory?
I consider that a perk feature.
OTOH, the lack of this is one of the things that piss me of most about
subversion. It's really nice when you're in charge of your tool
rather than the other way 'round!
