I was experimenting with profiled builds and building more extensions as builtins instead of loadable modules, noticing that Module/Setup.dist is not kept updated. Currently only the section above the *shared* line is really used for the build, but everything else doesn't seem to be updated (extensions are missing or out of date). Is there another way to build extensions as builtins, or should this file kept be up to date?
