No, sorry, that was a typo on my part.
Try --1.9-rich-root
Also, 'bzr help upgrade'
Ach. I looked at an example of running the command I found on the web
and didn't see the typo. I'd probably have spotted it if I'd checked
the help :(.
Upgrade running now, I'll report back after I try the push again.
OK, that fixed it. New push is properly stacked.
