Hi everyone, We're almost to the finish line on 3.1! Assuming that the last release blocker [1] gets ironed out and no more rear their ugly heads, I will go ahead. I'm going to freeze and tag the tree on Friday at about 15:00 UTC in order for the binaries to be built and uploaded. The release announcement should be the next day.
