- choosing if we are going to use "py<2.6" instead of
"python_version<2.6" is bikeshedding.

- explaining that os.uname() contains irrelevant infos and we
shouldn't add it as-is in the
  execution context is not bikeshedding (see Ronald last mail in the thread)

Please go back to the thread at distutils-SIG and list all points in
the proposal
that seems to you as non-bikeshedding things.
