Hi, I noticed that changes related to PEP 3147 and PEP 3149 in Doc haven’t been accompanied by versionadded/versionchanged directives.
Is that on purpose, meaning that everyone should be aware of these PEPs when reading 3.2 docs, or just an oversight?
