Blogs linked from the blogroll will appear on the sidebar of Python Insider with your name and a link to your blog (or whatever URL you give me, I suppose). This isn't an aggregator feed. We will be writing all new content based on the activities of the Python development team. There was a brief discussion immediately before PyCon (http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-dev/2011-March/109027.html) and it also came up during the Language Summit.
