I've mentioned doing so before, but IIRC it was in the depths of a
larger thread, so I figured I should make a separate post before
claiming them in the PEPs repo.
Ok for me. It would be nice if one of the past disutils maintainers
gave their approval too, but they don't seem very active.
FWIW I think Nick is perfect for this job.
