I can understand the desire to remove pytz and I have to mention that I don't
have any specific upstream feedback.
However certbot/babel do support pretty old versions of Python. Adding a
separate code path for Python 3.x+ might be a pretty tough sell and might
contribute to the "let's advertise snaps only for distribution" mindset.
