Hi Chris,
I've got a friend at the Park Service in Fort Collins who has been
asking me about examples of object-oriented Python GIS programming.
Maybe a lesson on that could be added to your course. Show how to make
a "Point" class, a "Polygon" class, or even a "Feature" class, and
what you might do with them.
It's super cool to see this stuff taught at Utah State, and not just
because I spent my K-12 years in Logan.
