I am not sure I made this offer publicly before, but with respect to
datetime module contributions, I have an outstanding offer to fill in the C
implementation for any patch that is otherwise complete (feature/bug fix
proposal is accepted, implemented in Python and the patch includes tests
and necessary documentation.)  I am also happy to offer a "review
exchange", but only within my areas of expertise.
