Are you speaking of how to generalize modulo to negative numbers (about which programming languages vary)?
The bar for adding new syntax to Python is VERY high. Probably easier is getting a function in the `math` module. But even there, you'll need to explain what behavior you want AND why that behavior is sufficiently commonly wanted to warrant inclusion in the stdlib. What are the use cases you have in mind?
