The following code (from example) doesn't work, because
jenkins.EMPTY_FOLDER_XML is not defined:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'EMPTY_FOLDER_XML'

I'm using tag '0.4.13' of python-jenkins (Cloudbees folder plugin
support is present).
