Public bug reported: When Jenkins returns a HTTP error response (e.g. a HTTP 500 internal server error), a JenkinsException is raised in place of the HTTPError. This JenkinsException includes the HTTP response code along with a generic description of what that code tends to represent, but it does not include the contents of the response body, which can contain more specific information about what went wrong. The lack of this debugging information seriously hampers debugging efforts of some Jenkins issues.
