I really liked How to Think Like a Computer Scientist learning with python foound at http://www.ibiblio.org/obp/thinkCSpy/. Unlike most paper books you'd be hard pressed to find typos (that at this level of programming you wouldn't notice) there. Also if you want another source of info try www.diveintopython.org.
