No SSH is involved in this case -- MSSQL OLEdb provider offers SSL encrypted connection out of the box, just set appropriate property to true and ensure that client library uses TCP.
Anyway, SSH is just remote shell, so it make no sense for me when it comes to retrieving data from database.
