Allow me. Tkinter sucks because it looks like an enfeebled Motif 1980s dawn-of- GUIs scratchy window with grooves and lines everywhere. Tkinter is awesome because you can nest anything inside anything else, and it has an elaborate & extendable properties system. Oh, and you can TDD it.
