I see your smiley, but for the benefit of those who actually don't know who Tim Peters, a.k.a. the Timbot, is, he is one of the gurus of Python history. He invented Python's astonishingly excellent sort routine, Timsort, and popularised the famous adverbial phrase signoffs you will see in a lot of older posts.
