:) Actually, the people I talk to are to be forgiven for not understanding that 3.5 does not work for them given that the installer does not spit them out with a fail message at the start. It's the next step. "Why can you not make a product for my perfectly working system!" that I was thinking about. And, to be fair, lots of them are grandparents who want to be able to see their grandchildren's turtle programs ....
