This particular error message has been reported here before: https://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-list/2015-September/697456.html It's not clear to me whether it is a Python problem or a disk problem or what. What version are you trying to install? Is it Python 3.5? Does it work if you try to install Python 3.4 instead?
