Not while PHP exists.  There aren't enough stones in the world...

PHP seems (seemed?) popular for laying out web pages.
It's not really used for "laying out" web pages.  Thats what HTML and
CSS do.  PHP is for server-side generation of dynamic content and
handling of submitted forms and uploaded data.
