Why don't you mention ReportLab there? I never saw a better library for creating PDFs in *any* language. For creating crude reports it may be a little more difficult than things like JasperReports, but for custom reports full of different forms of data presentations and such, like I'm doing now (and I plant to post later on ReportLab's samples page) it just rocks!
