Dear maintainers,

With a recent upload of twisted the autopkgtest of foolscap started to
fail in testing (only, it passes in unstable). I have copied the error
below.

Unfortunately there is currently the python3.7 transition going on that
can blur the situation (twister fails its own autopkgtest as well). Do
you have any idea what could be going on?

Currently this regression is involved in delaying the migration of
twisted to testing by 13 days.

More information about this bug and the reason of it can be found on
https://wiki.debian.org/ContinuousIntegration/RegressionEmailInformation

Paul
