Dear Maintainers, I have updated python-pip packaging to the newest upstream release, v18.0. I have pushed my commits to salsa, however, I did not update the d/control re python-pip-whl package, as I have little knowledge of how does it work.
IMO it's quite important to get python-pip updated before the freeze. Please let me know how I can help.
