Hello John David Anglin, thanks for the report.

In fact this is not an arch issue, but a Python 2 issue:
it appeared that nbsphinx no more support Python 2 (nonlocal was introduced 
Python 3).

The issue was resolved in package 0.4.1+ds-2.
