Your debian/copyright lists "2017-2019 Sebastian Muszynski <[email protected]>" as an upstream copyright holder. On the assumption that is correct, you should ask upstream to more completely document the copyright holders in the work.
You list the maintainer as Debian Python Modules Team <python-modules-team@ lists.alioth.debian.org>, but the Vcs-* fields show the Python Applications Packaging Team namespace. You should pick one and be consistent (PAPT is probably more approprite for this package).
