When using python-social-auth (PSA) with flask and the latest version of
postgresql I get this error:

The bug has been reported upstream.

The fix is in the new split version of PSA. I copied the new code to
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/social/storage/sqlalchemy_orm.py and it
fixed the bug.
