Package: ipython-notebook-common
Version: 2.3.0-2
When I open new or existing project in ipython-notebook, the browser
page gets empty and the following error message is logged:
TypeError: _.has is not a function (in backbone.js).
According to this comment on stackoverflow [1], underscore >= 1.3.1 is
needed to fix this error. According to file [2], version of
underscore.js is 1.1.6. I've replaced it with underscore.js 1.8.1 and
the bug has been fixed.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 7.8, kernel 3.8.13-1-amd64 and libc6 2.17-3.

As of jupyter-notebook 5.x (successor to ipython-notebook), this no
longer appears to be an issue. Closing.
