Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
I'm filing this as a FTBFS bug, not because the package FTBFS now, but because
it will once python-softlayer is removed (See #926209). The package is not
difficult to maintain, but I've given up maintaining it because I'm no longer
using Softlayer (IBM).
Please either add yourself to uploaders for python-softlayer (take over
maintenance) and close #926209 or drop python3-softlayer from lexicon
build-depends closing this bug and I'll proceed with the removal.
