I think the binary package descriptions are a bit misleading.
Since there is a CLI tool, in the webvtt package, it's a bit confusing
to call the whole of webvtt a "Python module".
Secondly, "This package contains the Python 3 version of the library."
-- this rather suggests that there exists a Python 2 version of the
library, but there doesn't.
