I have attached a template. Not all summaries are correct, for example "pyversions: Command not found" is just a warning, and the real error is different. experimental.

Please see [1] for Sphinx changelog, which may give a hint of what changes in
Sphinx caused this error.
Also see [2] for the list of deprecated/removed APIs and possible alternatives
to them.
We are going to upload Sphinx 2.4 to unstable in a couple of weeks. When that
happens, we will bump the severity to serious.
