Hi Alexey,
this is not a bug but simply means that python-qt4 4.5 hasn't been
built/uploaded for amd64 yet, while python-sip4 4.8 has. This problem is
transient and will be resolved in a couple of days, at most. If you
check the package site of python-qt4[0], you will see that 4.5 has
already been built, so it's only a matter of time until it hits your
mirror.
