Hi!
Please note that your package uses either the --install-layout=deb, or
python.mk helpers, but does not Build-Depend on a Python version which
contains those features.
The fix is to bump your python (or python-dev or python-all-dev) build
dependency to (>= 2.5.4).

False positive. python-docutils includes python.mk only if it exists.
