There is a circular dependency between python-apptools, python-enthoughtbase,
python-traits and python-traitsgui:
python-apptools :Depends: python-traitsgui
python-enthoughtbase :Depends: python-apptools
python-traits :Depends: python-enthoughtbase
python-traitsgui :Depends: python-traits
This force all four packages to be installed at once.
Complex circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to get rid of them.
