Hi,
the findAllElements() method has been introduced in Qt 4.6. It won't be
available in unstable builds of PyQt4 while Qt 4.6 is still in
experimental.
If you need the method, simply install Qt 4.6 from experimental and
rebuild the python-qt4 packages.
