@Paul: Please report any Ubuntu bugs to the Ubuntu bug trackers, it's quite unlikely that you'll be able to mix & match packages from Debian and Ubuntu right now due to the large number of transitions going on. By now, Ubuntu does have the updated sip/PyQt4 packages with the new dependency scheme. @Victor: Does the error still persist?
