Indeed, I've tried with also 2010-05-25 (yesterday), 2010-05-26 (today), 2010-05-31 (the next monday), 2010-06-24 (the 24th day of the next month) but I was able to build the package just fine. I've forwarded upstream, let's see. As discussed on IRC, I'm making this bug non-RC; I've decided to go with 'normal' since the only sure date this bug happens is 2010-05-24 (that's also in the past, so highly unlikely it will be repeated ;) ).
