Hi,
I got this message after 'apt-get install python-qt4'.
"python-qt4 : Hängt ab von: sip-api-7.1 ist aber nicht installierbar"
(debian unstable german version ;)
It seems that the virt package sip-api-7.1 has gone.
But the python-qt4 package is very essential for many other packages... ;)
please fix it.
