a ipython3 package is going to be included when I upload the next release ipython 0.12. A preview is available here: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=users/jtaylor-guest/ipython.git Upstream plans to do an RC very soon which I will upload to experimental. Note that currently only the base ipython can be packaged for python3, the parallel, qtconsole and notebook have dependencies which aren't available for python3 in debian packages yet (see bugs 636484 and 558389)
