It's caused by upstream revision 7437
(http://repo.or.cz/w/docutils.git/commitdiff/32e1774313)
which caused test pages to use all HTML pages in tests use stylesheets located
in `tests/input`
directory.
I think that patch can now be just removed, which should solve the problem.
