[Python-modules-team] Bug#657263: python-docutils: Emacs mode's header faces don't handle light/dark backgrounds properly

I _think_ this should be fixed in python-docutils 0.10-1 (currently in 
experimental), but I don't know enough about Emacs to check it myself. 
Could you please verify that this is the case? Thanks.
