python-qt4 depeends on sip-api-11.0 . It is provided by python-sip
4.15.5-2 . If I try to upgrade python-sip to that version, then
aptitude suggest me to remove calibe and calibre-bin .

calibre itself does not depend on python-sip, only through python-qt4,
so that's a bug against python-qt4.  But that has been rebuilt against
the current sip api in unstable by now; at least I can install calibre
and python-qt4 just fine today. So all should be good?
