Source: python-git Version: 0.3.2~RC1-3 Severity: wishlist according to https://github.com/gitpython-developers/GitPython python-git supports python3, so a python3-git package should be provided.
While investingating I saw you don't use pybuild, and thus (well, there is no
implication here, but still) you do not run tests at build time.
I suggest you to switch to pybuild, and while there add a python3-git package
that is seamlessly to do with pybuild.
