please move non Python files to /usr/share/mkdocs and (if needed) patch
the code to search for themes there.
Patching /usr/bin/mkdocs to add /usr/share/mkdocs/ to sys.path also
makes sense (even though it's an ugly hack) because it looks like other
themes use pkg_resources just to find egg-info dir (see
mkdocs-bootswatch)
