I've looked deeper into the crash and I believe it's bug in the library and I've opened pull request with fix [1], let's see what upstream tells about it. [1]: https://github.com/htacg/tidy-html5/pull/426 PS: Besides that there are many incompatibilities as default settings have been changed.
