control: severity -1 normal
I found that using pybuild to run "nose" tests by setting
export PYBUILD_TEST_NOSE := 1
fixes my particular dependency lookup issue. I still think that listing
a "soft" requirement in requires.txt, but since python-sparqlwrapper is
by no means the only offender in the archive, I'll leave the decision
for someone else and downgrade the severity.
