Version: intent to backport to jessie
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

in order to backport python-rdflib it is required to also backport
python-sparqlwrapper as a dependency.

I am happy to report that I was able to build the current version of
python-sparqlwrapper on Jessie with backports with no problems or
modifications.
My intention is to prepare a backport within the week to be able to
continue with my work. I have also requested membership in the Debian
Python Modules Team to be able to properly maintain the backport in git.
Please let me know if there are any objections.

Best regards
Sascha
