Beste Gert-Jan, Iedereen is volledig vrij om zijn mening te vormen en te ventileren over bemiddelaars op de markt. Wel zou het dan erg prettig zijn als de informatie die verstrekt wordt correct is.
1. De manier waarop jij omschrijft dat wij aan onze gegevens komen (klanten en kandidaten) is compleet onjuist. Iedereen die bij ons in bestand staat is door ons gesproken. Zoals je je voor kan stellen zou de kwaliteit van onze database erg achteruit gaan als we deze policy niet zouden hanteren. 2. De clausule waarbij de klant 20-30% van het jaarsalaris moet betalen is uitsluitend van toepassing indien een kandidaat binnen een jaar, na een project te hebben afgerond, in dienst gaat bij de desbetreffend klant. Daarnaast geldt de clausule als iemand met naam en toenaam wordt voorgesteld en daarna direct door de klant wordt benaderd en aangenomen. Voor de duidelijkheid naar overige leden van deze groep: Gert-Jan van Engelen is bij ons niet bekend als kandidaat of manager waar we ooit zaken mee hebben gedaan. Een paar keer met ze gewerkt. Als iemand in hun bestand staat (en de helft van de contacten is gejat van andere sites) kom je bij de klanten van CF niet meer binnen omdat ze jou dan als 'hun' asset claimen en 20-30% van je jaarsalaris als vergoeding vragen en zelfs je betrekking tegenhoudt als de nieuwe werkgever geen zin heeft die vergoeding te betalen.
